We try our best to ship your product within 3days of your order except for holidays and weekends. If your product weights 13 ounces or less it will ship USPS First Class Mail. If it weights more than 13 ounces it will ship USPS Priority Mail. Valances, are shipped in waterproof, dust proof vinyl shipping envelopes.

                             Return Policy

If you decide to return your product for any reason, it must be retuned within 7 days of you receiving it. The product must be in new condition and shipped at your expense. Once we receive the product we will issue a return check, or paypal refund if you use paypal to pay for your product.
